RW Decal and Google Earth

Is there anything else to make or get the Google Earth decals for route editing?

RW Decal only works with Google Earth 6.1 and earlier. Not compatible with later versions. Problem now is that Google has blocked or disabled me from using Google Earth 6.1. Wants me to upgrade.

I only have about 75% of the decals I need to complete my route,..

Please help.

Google Earth 6.1 and earlier versions were retired on October 31st last year and i'm in a similar situation where i only have some of the decals needed for my route but i am also looking for someone with the right knowledge to sort the code the code for RW Decal to get it working with newer versions of google earth. The code is freely available here: https://github.com/simdeveloper/RWDecal however if made functional again the program MUST continue to remain FREE as is the wishes of the original developer.
