Speed Limits

Unread postby emdsd90mac » Sat Feb 26, 2011 9:48 pm

Hi all. My question today is once you laid track, can you change the speed limit. I have significant amount of track already laid, but it's all with the default 50 mph limit assigned.

Use the select tool, select your track, and a right-hand flyout will appear, you can change it there. Be careful as it can be messy.

Yeah the select tool does the job. The upper left flyout lets you select the tracks.
Now you can change the speeds in the now appearing right flyout.

Be careful: If you select tracks with different track rule this won't work.
Another tip: If you press the spacebar you can switch through different kinds of information.
There will appear colored lines on the tracks which for example show the track speed.

Thank you very much for all of the useful info. It's working thus far.
