Is it possible to swap the tracks of one route for another? Say I were to swap the cement tie tracks from Stevens Pass to replace the tracks from Miami - WPB, would it be possible?

Yes. Read the tutorial that comes with RWTools. It is very clear. Worked the first time I tried it.
