Is there a way to paint a parking lot? A way to draw the lines where cars should park? A decal?

I found one building/parking lot structure, which I'm using, but would like to be able to do a free-style parking lot paint. I can lay down the tarmak, but not the lines.

You should be able to create a tgpcx file with lines and a transparent background like a decal.
