First RWDecal or ReDem?

Unread postby micaelcorleone » Sun Jan 23, 2011 10:50 am

I have a question.
If I start a new route, what should I do first: RWDecal or ReDem?
I ask this because I don't want the decal to get blurred.
Thanks in advance. !!howdy!!

I think I would do ReDem first.
Thats what I have done with the route I am working with.
The decals are clear with very little distortion. The route is fairly level but it does have rolling hills and a few high places.

OK, I'll just try. Anyway, the route I'm planning has high elevations.
Thank you. !*salute*!

I would agree and start with ReDem first. You can always use the demo version of REDecal to get you going. There is a beta in testing for RWDecal that sounds like it will automate the decal creation ptocess so keep your eye out for that.

Speaking of ReDem I wish that the developer would answer emails and potings on his own message board. He has screenshots on his page showing some outstanding rural scenery item.
