While the recent Feather River route very well done in regards to scenery, especially in the canyon, I feel certain things in regards to track is incomplete. In some ways, I feel the trackage in the MSTS version of the the Feather River is more complete and accurate when comparing it to old aerial and satellite imagery. Anyways, one of the things I felt that was lacking was the track layout at the end of the Quincy Railway was lacking, it appears that Dovetail took their info from the topographic maps from around 1972 or, and the information on those maps can't always be trusted, and isn't always up to date. So, using a photo from David Myrick's "Railroads of Nevada and Eastern California: Volume 3", I decided to make the Quincy Railways facilities a little more accurate, with engine house, depot, and oil distributors in a more proper location. The screen shot is the current WIP as of right now. The 2.5 miles from Quincy to what is now the Sierra Pacific Mill was abandoned in 1969 and dismantled a year later.
