Open RW_Tools, Select "Route Building Tools" --> Marker Files --> Set Markers From World Editor. Select the route you want to add markers to, Enter the lat/long (which you can get from either Google Maps or the world Editor with google maps overlay on) and name the marker accordingly. Then, hit Add to list and when you are done hit save markers.
