Saving Changes Without Quitting

While the game is minimized to desktop, is it possible to make changes to a bin file and for the change to take effect without always having to quit the game. I'm making changes to the radius in a trackrule bin.

I don't use the route editor, but if it's anywhere near as touchy as the scenario, I'd guess that you're asking for a crash and that the program will be tickled pink to oblige.

The F9 key reloads "assets".
Maybe this includes tracks, but probably not.
