Multiple route starting points

This is probably a stupid question with a really simple awnser. How do I make another start point on a route? I mean it in the way of when setting up a free roam or QD scenario you can select where on a route you can spawn (like a yard or city).

You have to make GPS markers for those spots. I use RW Tools to do it.
