Redem / Zugware

Does anybody know if Zugware, the makers of Redem are still around/in business? I emailed them to confirm this before sending paypal for a registration code, and never got a response. Their forum looks like its been dead for years too. Has anybody bought a registration successfully recently?

I should let you know. I ordered it Saturday and got the activation code on Monday. So he seems to be up on things.
