Screwed Up Bad - Please Help

Unread postby legostudios34 » Fri Apr 18, 2014 7:57 pm

So I have been working on a route loosely based off the NS NA West End for a couple months now and I have run into a major problem. I went in to create a scenario to test the destination markers I added, and the route was blank... I figured out that I had apparently been editing the default free roam scenario that us created when you set up the route, not the route itself. So my question is - can I transfer the assets of added in the scenario to the actual route or am I doomed to a life of playing the single free roam that I have been editing this whole time without realizing it.

Thanks,
Baxter Barnes

Anything you built in a scenario will only exist in that scenario... there's no way to "convert" your scenery work into the route that I know of. I guess you could make clones of that scenario and then modify each of them into something different. The thing is, I didn't know you could lay track in the scenario editor...??? Are you saying that if you create a new scenario there's no track in your route?

Never mind. Problem has been solved. I had set my route origin a little off from where it actually needed to start, and nothing would show up at the origin. I moved around and was able to find the track and everything else.
