How to Get Elevation Data though .gpx

Ok here is how it went down,

1. I went to steam4me.com and was linked to a website for plotting a bicycle path:

So I made the marker files of the NEC from philly to a little pass Washington D.C. I saved the file as a .gpx file. How here is my question is it possible to get the Dem data of the path i took to Washington rather than doing it on usgs one at a time which is time consuming?
