How to Convert KML to CSV

It seems i run into a snag and I can't find a good program to convert KMl files to CSV for redem to read. Does anyone know of a program I can use or an alternative method to getting csv files out of kml conversions?

Just to clear up, RWTOOLS can do the conversion.
Frontrunner in the file library now!
