It's probably a WIP.
This is at least the 3rd route Gor makes. Search the forums for Gortxu.
Someone posted a link to one, I think maybe Barruelo-Quintanilla, and it looked like it required 4billion assets.

I'm waiting until I have time for installing a second TS 2014 specifically for European routes.

I have Carbonia, I think his first work, which is a fantastic route. But the asset hunt was not fun. There may still be a link to that route and Gor's website. It was posted here.

I see now Gor has posted last week or two, scenery packs which look like what is used here. Yes, this very much looks like a WIP. One I would love to explore. His work is just amazing.
