yes...yes it will...I've kit bashed most of the stuff in the background... I still have some buildings to go in the back lot... then all of Newark (or most of it). So things are going to be building up (no pun intended) quickly... I'm just working around the yard for now. I'm debating on going west or east from there. Any thoughts?

Hey all,

so brief update.. I'm working on Liberty Science Center... This is proving to be a little interesting, I can only do so much with what I got. Let me know what you think and as always... any suggestions for improvement are welcomed! :D

Hey all,

So this route is really testing my kit-bashing abilities. I have run into yet another obstacle. There are a bunch of houses/apartments that are basically mother/daughter houses. They are split down the middle and everything fromt eh roof to the siding is different with either side. There are multiples in one area of Jersey City right as soon as you exit Waldo Tunnel on the National Docks Secondary. Any ideas as how I can mix some buildings together? I've tried warehouses and single level houses but I can't seem to get a good combo.
Any ideas?

Here's a road view of one of them:

Here's a bunch in 3D in Google earth so you can see the different colors, etc. Also notice the single famiy bi-Levels, but I think I got those covered.

From one kit-basher to another.... trying to get mass one-offs like these is pain. Pain, I say! Munich Augsburg has 2 story apartments that you can widen. They don't have windows or doors at the end though. Buildings are in the "houses" section they have tile roofs with off-white sides.

(That science building is outta control!)

Thanks for the tip and also I was looking at a Sketch-up Model of the LSC and I think I'm gonna be redoing like...almost all of it...but it'll probably look 1000x better (I hope !*don-know!*)... I'll be posting stuff once it's done (as always).

Hey all,

So I decided to take a break from doing Oak island and right now I'm focusing on the National Docks Secondary (plus it's the furthest east I'm going) This is tonight's work. Working on the west (south) end of Bergen Tunnel...

Still have a lot more to go plus all the scenery on top of the tunnel (thanks minerman146).

But any-who, that's it for now...

Hey all,

Looking for suggestions on how I can duplicate Philipsburg Union Station in Philipsburg, NJ
ImageImage
The station is green painted brick. Since I'm staying within workshop guidelines, DTG DLC must be used.
Any pointers in the right directions would be helpful.

Hey all,

It's been a while (lots going on in life), but I've been working on the line when I can. Here's some WIP Shots of Bound Brook, NJ. Let me know what you guys think.

Awesome screen shots Ken! I am really looking forward to riding this route one day.

Question: don't mile markers only get placed on automatic signals, and not absolute signals like CP Bound Brook?

Thank you and you would be correct... The only thing is...I haven't figured out a way to put names on the signal boxes so that I can identify the signals by the CP name. I'm using the numbers as a "work around" until I figure something out.
