Making a route quick drivable

Discussion about RailWorks route design.

FWIW some add-on locos seem to have invalid (to Railworks) HTML under their LocoInformation folders. I *know* I've run into this with the Britkits GP7 (for example) and it crashed the game when selecting the more info button. I *don't* know if that might also crash the new consist editor in 2014.

Thanks,

I noticed in some route's Preload folder there are bin files for engines and equipment, I assume these are for quick drive also? What do they do and how do you use them or make them?

Are those preload folders under the \Content\Routes tree or the \Assets tree?.

I'm familiar with creating equipment pre-loads under the various \Assets tree railvehicle folders, and those in turn work on any route you can run them on with quickdrive. I'm *not* sure whether the route itself has to be set quick-drivable and where / how that happens...
