Lat/Long to Tile conversion

Any math experts out there? I am looking to add some new options to RW_Tools and wonder if anyone has an algorithm to convert a position within a RailWorks tile (bottom left corner is the tile origin and then the Easting/Northing are given as distances in metres from the origin) to Lat/Long. Similarly a means of converting a Lat/Long to give the tile along with Easting/Northing within the tile.

Any help appreciated.
