ReDem Registration

Unread postby mountainrail2012 » Tue Feb 07, 2012 5:57 pm

I am at witt's end about ReDem registration not having a valid address to work with. Are they even still in business? I have been trying to register my program for a couple of day's and cannot finish it because there doesn't seem to be anybody home. Any help out there would be much apreciated. Ken C.

Give them some more time. But I also wonder if there's still somebody around.
The website hasn't been updated in years. The forum is without any moderation and nobody from ZugWare is answering there. !*don-know!*

I heard nothing until I emailed him at his support address - then a key came in only a few hours. This was only 3 months ago.

Thank you for the post on my problem. Do you remember the email address for ZugWare you gave to PayPal to finish the contribution. That was always the stopping point, because I could not find a good one that worked. Ken C.

You might try jim_dot_ jendro_at_zugware dot com. That is the return address on the email sent with registration info just a few days ago.

Update by PapaXpress:
Sorry Artiedeco, I had to change the email a bit. If a bot came by it would find it too easily (it still might). In the future it would be better if you PM the address.

Sorry. Not used to posting in forums and didn't think about it. It won't happen again.

*!!thnx!!* !*YAAA*! Thank you every one for the help as I was finally able to register ReDem with the publisher. I think he fixed the link with PayPal so it seems every thing is working as it should. Received the key in a timely manner. KenC.

No need to apologize. He was just helping you out for your own protection so the nasty email address harvesters don't get it. *!!wink!!*
