ReDem help please

I'm trying to ReDem a route from two .bil files. How do I merge them into the route?

I processed each BIL separately. ReDem took care of the overwrites.

I tried that but when I tried to process the second .bil it said 0 files created and that was that. Do you close ReDem and start fresh on the second .bil or leave it open and load the second .bil?

I've loaded the second BIL without closing. I have run into this problem myself, but it was some time ago. I can't remember if it was because the download was corrupt, or if it had to do with the fact that the second BIL had data but it was all outside the tile range I dialed in. If you load up your route is it all there?

The first .bil is all there but the second isn't. I tried one then when the second wouldn't generate I deleted the first and loaded the second and there's an overlap in the data. I also tried using the largest .bil in the hope that it would cover the whole route but unfortunately it's just larger in the opposite direction from my path.

You need to combine the output from both successful sets.

It worked. 1/9 dem for the entire route and well off into the distant hills. Cheers Papa.
