Assets available for route builders?

Greets fellow RailWorkers.

Thought I'd post some comments and questions here and perhaps some of you could give your feedback.

As far as I know, the following Developers / Folders are considered as "Default" for RailWorks:

* Kuju: RailSimulator and RailSimulatorUS
* Castle Rock: Scenery
* RSDL: Foliage1

Since the big update (included the German stuff), has the above available "Default" list changed?

Also, though I give away my "King's Arm Highway" route as freeware, I'm thinking for my next route (currently a WIP) that I may offer it as a Payware route addon (though I would try to offer it for a reasonable price). I figure that I put in hundreds of hours of work to make even just one route that many people are now enjoying, and I've been getting comments and emails with high praise with remarks like "Great route!" "Awesome work..." "Professional quality..." etc.. , so I thought it might be fair to ask a little something for my future routes.

Myself, I'm not a graphic artist, and I don't currently have the skills, knowledge, programs, resources or interest to learn how to make new models and assets. I'd like to focus on the route and scenario building and trying to stay within what Default assets I have to work with, or hopefully be able to find other assets available that can also be used for a Payware route.

I know there's lots of freely available assets out there that can be used and packaged with freeware routes. However, I was wondering if some of you may know of some RailWorks related assets out there that would be available to be used and packaged with a Payware route?

One example of this I found so far is a "Car Wash" made by James Collins I found over at TrainSim.com
In his ReadMe file that comes with this asset it states: "These like all my work can be used in any route, freeware or payware as long as Im mentioned in the credits."

That is very kind and generous of him to allow others to use his model(s) assets for either Freeware or Payware routes for RailWorks. And of course I'd give credit to him if I used any of his assets on any of my routes.

So I was wondering, does anyone know of any more assets / models like this that are also freely available to be used and packaged for a Payware Route for RailWorks? Mainly I'm looking for extra assets such as Scenery Objects (structures, houses, buildings, clutter, etc..) or Foliage (Trees, bushes, flowers, grass, etc..). I'm thinking that though I will mainly stick with Default assets (as it's not necessarily what you have to work with, but what you do with what you have and perhaps find new ways to be creative with things), that it would be nice to have a bit of extra selection to work with, add a bit more variety and visual appeal to a route as well.

And though I'm not in a good financial situation currently, I may also be willing to pay for being able to use and package a developer's assets for my route(s), depending on price that the developer would be thinking of and what I could be able to pay or what other compensation they may be looking for.

I've already sent off a couple of emails to some assets developers to put my feelers out and see if something can be arranged in this regards, but no replies as of yet.

I may also be willing to work as a "Team Effort" on a route project, in which I build the route and scenarios, and my team-mate would work on making new assets to go with the route, and then we could make an arrangement to share any profits accordingly. So if any of you model / asset makers out there reading this think you might be interested in working on a project together in this regards, feel welcome to contact me.

Well, thanks for reading my ramblings. Cheers! :D
