1. Select the tool - R side menu becomes active.
2. Draw out a box on terrain (default is 100x100m I believe)
3. Select which assest you wish to place (drop box next to tree) only assets from scenery (trees) and a few others are in the list
4. Swirly with check box is to align objects to camera or random rotation (random is good for trees) I don't remember which is which off-hand but if you place the MAP and toggle the box you can see the objects snapping toward and away from the camera
5. Select density of objects
6. Select scale of objects (1.0 = all same size, 1.5 = scale up to 50% larger than default, .5 = scale down to 50% smaller and so forth)
7. box can be selected and resized or moved about the terrain as an object or copied & cloned.

Note: Asset Blocks work best for mid -> distant objects, close to the tracks (especially at certain dimensions) the user can spot assets disappearing and being re-drawn at certain camera angles

(I thought there was a description of the MAP tool around here somewhere in the forums already, but after looking around, I don't see it. Might be one over @UKTS)

Where is the tool in step 1. Finding that has been my first problem.
