I installed this and I do not have any trackage. What assets were used for this? Also shows missing GE44 tonner as well in the black dialogue box.

The track assets that you listed were not included in the assets package that came with the route. I went to the website you referenced to download the assets, however I am required to sign up to download and for some reason it will not accept my email address. It states that "you cannot use that email address here". I have Pacific Surfliner and US assets pack.

Update: All working now. I reinstalled all the 3D tracks assets.

Are you trying this in quickdrive? If so the starting point is in a bad spot for more than just a light loco. Try creating a freeroam scenario.

I ran across this route and being from New Orleans I was curious about the accuracy and was very disappointed. The track work was pretty much freelance and the refineries weren't represented, Domino Sugar and Marathon oil to start. I took it upon myself to update the track to my satisfaction, the Arabi and Chalmette yards look more and they show up when you look through Google Overlay. Also seeing how this line is connected to the NS I extended the line all the way to the Oliver Yard in New Orlens.

I'm just seeing your reply, I hope you were just being sarcastic. The effort was appreciated.
