Here is Chapter 6, Buildings and Support Facilities by American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association.
It has a lot of useless technical facts but has some very useful diagrams of buildings and schematics of the lay out of railroad facilities.
It should help figure out what buildings are need to represent a facility and how to set them up in a realistic manner.
