ReDem No Longer Works?

Has anyone here encountered this and/or found a solution?

Also, not sure if anyone from DTG frequents these forums anymore but can you please, please, pretty please take a look at what is causing your route editor to fall over with hi-res DEM, still after all these years.

After reading this I did a quick test on my copy of ReDem, and its working fine. Not sure what to tell you !*don-know!*
