Not true. Britkits and Golden Age of RailRoading ask that you do not distribute the GEO files for their payware models. They both also have freeware models, which you are allowed to include the GEO files.

Hiya PapaXpress, Tori said default files. Default files are okay, but care is needed with third party files.

The Wiki states anything that came with RW is fair game to repaint, modify and do whatever besides sell. Anything else you have to buy, then the copy geopcdx file thing is in order. So all default items can be repainted, cloned, renamed, etc, with out permission as it is allready given. So clone it and put it in your developers folder structure so updates wont effect it or congest the Kuju folder structures.

Thanks everyone for setting me straight. I will go forward with my plan to clone the trees, and I may get a chance to take some pictures this weekend (cross my fingers).
