Noel have you tried turning on TAA graphics in game? The trees and foliage won't be so fuzzy if you can turn it on.

I've tried running it with that. However, the game lags so badly to the point where it's unplayable at about 1 FPS.

Well that should change in the future when they get the code going to your graphics card.

Graphic cards are also excellent for computing physics.
It is a good option for someone with 2 graphic cards.
For example, I have two obsolete NVidia 9800 GTX cards. I've never seen any gain by using SLI, but I *THINK* (not measured) that I gain some performance by dedicating one to the PhysX engine.

Really enjoy the TSW screenshots! Hope DTG makes a southwestern US desert route in the future.

Hope is not a course of action and it sounds like there will not be any builders tools in this first offering. You all let me know how much fun you have and how long it takes to get bored running up and down your one fifty mile route.

No matter how nice the graphics are in the screenshots, I can't get excited about an X-Box GAME which is all I see.

I predict they will do the same thing with TSW that they have done with the Euro Fishing X-Box GAME. Pretty graphics. Intentionally limited GAMEplay and no tools whatever.

I hope I am wrong. We'll know sometime next year... February has become Spring and soon Spring will become "late this year" and then slide...

Meanwhile I have a Train Simulator.

Some fantastic screenshots there, jalsina's second one is a particular favourite!

buzz456 / overshoe - would like to know more about how you see this has an "xbox game" rather than a train simulator, i've certainly not designed it to be anything less than a simulator. All feedback is good :)

Thanks
Matt.

Did not say it was a course of action!

What's with the poor attitude about TSW?
