ToolkitForTSW updated and YouTube tutorials channel

There is a lot to tell. First of all, the Rush Hour update for ToolkitForTSW is there. It works if you play at the Epics Games platform and you even can switch platform if you really want to ...
Also it now supports the new TSW2 settings (like the cab sway level) and you may see some other improvements as well.

I also improved the TSW page at the website. It looks nicer and hopefully it is a bit easier to find the information you want.
Last but not least, I created a YouTube playlist with TSW(2) tutorials. DTG has such a list, but this only covers their own videos, e.g. the Rivet tutorials are missing. You can find it here:
