According to Facebook at least, where a blurry teaser has been presented.

If it's the Baby Bullet set, I'm excited - but not surprised. I've been expecting such a release since the route came out, but I thought it'd come closer to Christmas. I hope that the release of US equipment doesn't count as "the" US release for this quarter, with an additional 4 month wait for a new route to come out.

Is anyone else nearly completely fed up with the fan comments on the original video on Facebook? It's a bunch of nonsense, people complaining that the release isn't what *they* wanted, people complaining that the OPTIONAL DLC is overpriced, people making stunningly wrong guesses about what the release could be, demands that the developers make and release content that is specifically not what is being advertised, etc. etc. I do social media management for my job and do not envy whoever on the DTG marketing team has to slog through all the BS angry, irrelevant comments that have nothing to do with the actual product being promoted. The amount of entitlement on display frankly makes me embarrassed to be part of the Facebook fan community.

I've been expecting this... just surprised it took so long. None the less, it will make a nice addition to the SF to SJ route. I wonder if they will rework some of the original route timetabled scenarios to include the baby bullet trainsets in the AI traffic.

Looks great! TSW may have it’s flaws but one thing I think it does quite well is commuter rail operations, I’ll certainly pick this up.

I have to say, every time I see Bombardier Bi-Levels in a train sim I wish/hope to someday see a GO Transit route added.

We'll see. Commissioning a train set is easier than creating a whole route and all its assets if DTG want to offer something different from NYC or CA.

Freight operations probably don't appeal to the console players, TSW main customer base by now?

Those do look nice. Will definitely pick those up when they come out. IRL, those Bombardier cars have a nice smooth ride.

Supposedly an American freight route is next, but it hasn't been confirmed by DTG yet of course.

First impressions are very good. I’ve spent a lot of time around similar equipment on the GO Transit network and the looks and sounds are bang on. It drives really nice.

I’d certainly recommend a purchase, dare I say this is their best North American rolling stock so far? Hopefully we’ll see something similar in green and white in the not too distant future.

DR says he's spent a lot of time around them so one presumes he might just know.

I agree, I spend what little I spend on these type of pages mostly shaking my head and eye rolling. I was on the train sim enthusiast page for a time and ended up turning it off because so many posts were just so frankly weird.
