When I saved and exited this scenario yesterday, I was sitting in the engineers seat of an AC4400 locomotive. When I started TSW this morning and resumed the scenario, I was standing on the tracks looking at the consist, even though the 2D map shows the locomotive is there.

Perhaps the switch threw your locomotive off?
It could be restoring the loco's position conflicted with the settings of the switch by whatever initialisation TSW was performing?

If you can recreate the situation and save/restore it again and the error persists, it might be worth reporting to DTG Customer Service.

I thought I had replied to my original post but apparently it did not go through.

When I reverted back from Beta 3.5 to Beta 3, the locomotive reappeared.

I think what happened is that I saved the scenario in Beta 3, and then tried to open it in Beta 3.5 . If there was a change in the locomotive file between the two Betas, then that may have prevented the locomotive from loading.
