I was looking for some new DLC when I see that I am not eligible to download this one.
What is the issue?
I have TS17 UK First Class Edition.

There are a few items that folks outside of the USA can't buy anymore as there was an issue with a licence agreement between BNSF and Dovetail Games, it all got a bit complicated, but, for customers anything that now falls under the jurisdiction of BNSF, after they had purchased certain fallen flag railroad companies in real life, which Great Northern is of course, can't be sold to us on Steam.

Might be some day I wish to get those if DTG solve their issues.
