Going back on scenarios loaded but not completed, found one I just cannot get through.
Namely scenario (SD50 CR) Load for the Coal Industry. The bit where I'm struggling is trying to reverse and connect to the consist which is waiting on the inbound line. This consist is stationary but on a gradient. I've coupled at a speed less than 1MPH with the throttle set at 80% which comes into play on releasing the train brake. But no matter which procedure I adopt, cannot get a tick against the task. Is this scenario one of the long standing faulty ones i.e can it be accomplished?

That is not a scenario that comes with NSCD as I don't have it.

very weird. Just to see checked out the T&D version mentioned above and as the scenario in that edition seemed to have a slightly different title.
Double checked my payware folder for T&D no mention of the SD50 Con, so I purchased it from T&D. Only to find, yes, the same scenarios only with to-days date as being installed.
Had some fun with the "Coal empty Friday" scenario.Pulled up at the first signal after a brake check as instructed. Waited and waited signal never cleared. Reloaded scenario, same problem. Went to map view and found that NS Local was blocking the line waited for awhile but the AI never attempted to move.Quit and removed the two SD50CR scenarios from RWorks. Re-installed the SD50 CR Package and cleared the cache rebooted RW's and tried the scenario again, same problem. Then did Ctrl+e into editor page, then to scenario edit and made a note of timings for the NS Local. Saved and came out of editor.The scenario started up again and I went straight to map view, this time the NS Local was moving. Ah the vagaries of RWs, suffice to say completed this scenario. Now to try "Coal load industry" more info later.

Just checked my mail folder for T&D, seems I did buy the " DTM_2016_SD50CONRAIL" 13May 2016. So yet again have bought twice over the same software, except in this case it may be "2017_******* "

despite all the above.Still cannot get a tick against Inst30 for the Coal Load Industry scenario. I have some confusion here though, because if I go into the editor the pick-up instruction only shows the numbers for 40 wagons, and no mention of the rear loco needing to be picked up. Also F1 instruction30 most times does not show the full complement to be picked, the last wagon number followed by ...... Which in my book tells me nothing, it has shown the full complement including what would become the helper engine once to my knowledge.
But to repeat no matter how slowly I hookup at no time have I had a green tick.
