Hey guys,

Im new to Trainsim, been playing a few Quickdrive routes with my favorite locos on NS Coal District. What controls the randomly generated trains? I noticed a lot of NS stuff that I pass on sidiings, but also my U30s from the Feather River route showing up during a quick drive... how do I change this?

In the folder \Assets\DTG\FeatherRiver\PreLoad you will find 5 files that need to be edited
U30_Engine.bin
U30_Engine_BoxCarx40.bin
U30_EngineTwo_BoxCar60.bin
U30_EngineTwo_BoxCar80.bin
U30_EngineTwo_Flatcar60.bin

Edit directly with RW_Tools or use serz.exe to convert the files to xml.

Scroll to the bottom of the xml file and you will see something like the attached picture. If you highlight the part that I have highlighted and delete it, you will not see the WP U-boat in Pennsylvania again. Except the next part of the file puts the loco into the Horseshoe Curve route. You can either delete it the same was as the first section or just change the 25 to 32 and shift that loco to Donner Pass.
If you have used serz.exe to convert the bin to xml, you will need to use it again to update the bin. Otherwise just follow the instructions in RW_Tools. Here's the picture. I'll check back tomorrow to see how it went or to answer any questions.

Awesome, thank you! I figured it was some simple line of code somewhere - very cryptic, so that number references the Coal District route? Weird they'd have an old 60's consist spawn on that... lol

Also, just found the F7 and 60 boxcars spawn again on my last run. Went through and removed them now!

My favorite was the SP Daylight GS-4 appearing as AI on the Seebergbahn route.
