How to set the screen shot folder

Various reasons.

Now I have to move them to a dedicated folder (Picters / TS2017 ) by hand because dumping them in My Pictures is not much of a system ofcourse.

I also would like to be able to use drop box to share screen shots. But since many programs and the OS unexpectedly might use My Pictures it would be stupid and unsecure to share that folder onlne.
