The version 1.4 worked for me. !*cheers*!
I deleted the entire Hopper sub-folder from previous installations and then I cleanly installed v1.4.

Very nice Martin! You've done a great job with a tricky color!

Just a suggestion on these GP35 models, the light bulbs used in this era were a lot more 'yellow' in the color that they projected and appeared. The ones currently on these locos look white, like a modern LED bulb.
