I am a little biased because of my love of all things Southern Pacific, but I have to say that this pack is one of the best values for Train Simulator available.
The locomotives alone are very impressive for their detail, and the extra attention that Caesar and his team have put in. For the numerology purists out there, the Speed Lettered, and Kodachrome versions have their autonumbering set to ONLY appear with road numbers that actually had those paint schemes. Another cool feature is that several child objects, namely the air conditioner and roof mounted antennas appear based on the way that the road number of the unit that gets placed was equipped. ie: you place three of the SAME type of SD45T-2 on the track, they would potentially have different features. The rolling stock pack is somewhat eclectic in era, but all very welcome additions to the game. The Twin-Stack cars are very easy to 'assemble' in the editor, and easy to mix and match single and double stack combinations. The pattern to make up a 5-pack car is 'A-C-D-E-B', or any combination starting in 'A' and ending in 'B'. There is no need to 'flip' any of the cars around in order to assemble a pack correctly. Don't forget that you can assemble a 5-pack, and then with 'select consist' checked you can 'copy' and 'paste' them in the editor to make a train of these quickly.

The caboose is quite nice too. No player view inside, but nice some nice details, accurate colours, and a nice light weathering.

There is a nice light weathering across the model. Nothing like the dark days of the mid 80's SP, but a good representation I feel of how they looked for a lot of their life.

One last thing, but I'm really happy that DTM stuck to a very similary hue of grey to their previous SD45. You can have one of each together in a consist and they don't look out of place like many pairings of locos in the same livery in Train Simulator.
