Who to ask about Aquiring ACRR Repaint Locos and Details/Permission?

Hi all. I was contemplating doing an Adrianna County RR Red/Black repaint of a locomotive...and was wondering who to inquire to about it. If at all possible, besides the permission to do this repaint, I was hoping to either get the Nose/Side logo or the Font Type to make the aforementioned logo. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide some info!!

Would you guys be alright with me attempting a repaint of a loco into the ACRR Red/Black? I'm planning on either an ES44DC or something smaller, perhaps the Portland Terminal or VRC GP40's?
