So, I wanted to update my early GE Locomotive stock, but with all the recent announcements, I couldn't get my head around what was happening. I made the following which I "think" is correct. If not, chime in here so we will all know the correct poop.... Thanks

That appears to match what I have on a spreadsheet I've been trying to keep up to date. (As far as models and liveries)

I didn't hear anything about VRC planning to release the Conrail U30C VIA steam. !*don-know!*

Could it possibly be that there is something happening that you don't know about?????????

I edited the U30C Conrail to include a question mark. I included the Conrail version here because it's in the package available from TAD. I assumed that the same would be true for the DTG version of the package as well. We will see.....

Please share your spreadsheet. It would be a big help to scenario planners.

It will not be included in the DTG package. Other changes have been made to the Chessie units to compensate for this (look closely). However, do not count the Conrail out as a reskin.

I'm sure it's not complete and there are improvements to be made but I'm willing to share it.

It's made with Open Office, what would be the best method for sharing it? I don't have any online storage set up atm.

I think you can just zip the file up and post it as a attachment here. Anyone with open office should be able to open it.

Here is my spreadsheet for loco models and liveries, it is made in Apache OpenOffice Calc, a freeware office suite compatible with many other programs such as Word and Excel. I'm sure there is somewhere more appropriate to post but I figured this is a start. I started it to keep better track of what I have and what is out there to get.

There are four pages:
1. Locos by railroad and model geo/source. (e.g. DTM, DTG, Eyein12, Britkits etc.)
2. EMD locos with production year, horsepower, and model differences (e.g. wide cab, A/B, etc.)
3. GE locos with info as above
4. Misc builders and steam locos

Some notes:
This is an ongoing project, there are possibly errors and missing items.
I used the colors under the railroad names to help keep track of fallen flags and who they ended up with.
I would like to go back and differentiate between repaints and the original.
I have not documented livery variations such as CSX YN2 YN3 etc

Locos.zip

Permissions, use it, add to it, correct it, just give me credit for the original if you share it. (Fair? I'm new to this part)

Any feedback from those who've downloaded it?
