Workshop CMP Mount Div East Pt2 V2

Hi all,
posted this query in the comments section for this scenario, but as of now no reply. Thought I'd try here.
The scenario full title is CMP Mountain Division East (Glacier to KC Junction) Part 2 Version 2 ( Fixed missing rolling stock issue).
I cannot get this to run and RWTools reports the following as missing :-

Cannot find Kuju - NS 6108/6113/6131/6160 or 6168 also RSC SD40-2W CN 5245 or 5327
are these repaints or in payware DLC?
Any info gratefully received.
Done a search and cannot find a mention of any of these loco's.
Also for some reason cannot edit this scenario in the edit scenario section of RWTools.

John, I found out without using RW Tools that when I clicked on the scenario under the Workshop tab it told me that I needed 2 locos and the NS Heritage Wagon Packs retired which means that they are no longer available. :)

yet another exercise in how to spend time, I take it all those loco's are or were in those " retired" DLC?
Couldn't spot were it mentions them being retired either, store page or WShop scenario description?
Academic interest for future use.

The 2 locos required for that scenario that I haven't got are the NS SD40-2 High Nose and the NS Heritage SD-70ACes. It is the NS Heritage wagon pack that has been retired not the locos.
