Feather River Canyon Signals

I noticed that the signals on this route of Feather River Canyon are better than other routes. I find that the signals are brighter and better colour too more like LED signals where the prototypical railroads are using. Did DoveTail Games improve the signals for this route? Because of asking is that I noticed that the other routes that I have are more dim or dull colour too.
