Would anyone happen to know what the settings E-Hold and Handle Off are for with the train brake on the NJT ALP-45?
Thanks in advance.

This way when you go to release it de-energizes the magnet valves and away you go. It also allows the operator to release then hold the pressure in the cylinders to ease the braking effort into a station stop kind of like graduated release but better control. All NJT equipment uses this control type. Handle off is the position you put the handle when you are cutting out the brake valve when it's trailing or in the middle of a consist. Hope this helps
as a note the brake valve in game is not simulated correctly. What I have stated above is the actual way the brake valve works on the real world NJT equipment.

With that in mind...do you have a brake fix ready for all the DTG NJT equipment?
