Grade Crossing

Hi.

Could someone please explain, in simple terms, what the difference is between a Grade Crossing, Above Grade Crossing and Below Grade Crossing? For us in the UK it's just a Level Crossing. I cannot find an answer on the internet. !*hp*!

Grade Crossing = Tracks that intersect a roadway
Above Grade Crossing = Railroad bridge over roadway
Below Grade Crossing = Road bridge over tracks

After some thought I came up with that but it seemed too easy. Thanks for the confirmation, that's what I required.
