No signing up. You get it free if you have already purchased TS2016 or are going to purchase it.

It should be in your Railworks/Assets/RSC/SD60MPack01 folder. DTG say if you are haven't got it restart Steam.

I've restarted Steam several times and verified the integrity of the game cache but there's still no SD60M in my folders.

It is here. And I didn't do anything except get up this morning and here it is. You sure you are looking in the right place Mike. It's not new so it's in the RSC folder.

Yep, definitely looking in the right place. I've seen several posts on the Steam forum from people reporting the same problem. Maybe it's a configuration error on Steam's side of things. I'll try changing Steam server location and see if that helps.

EDIT: Changing server didn't solve it. Now I'm wondering if it's because I got the paid version of TS2016 after already registering with the free upgrade. Just a hunch.
