I have a question about the player train in the siding with the route of CP Mountain Passes. OK my question is that when the player train enter into the siding to a full stop to wait for another train go by on the main track. This part is no problem to wait for the AI train go by but after that when the AI train disappear from the main track. I thought that the signal where the player train is waiting will change to green from red but it didn't. Not like the program of Microsoft Train Simulator when the AI train go by then the signal for the player train will change from red to green automatically. But what's about in the program of Train Simulator 2016? I am not sure if I ask for permission to leave the siding after the AI train go by on main track?
Your help would be appreciated because I am very new to Train Simulator 2016.
Thank you,
John

If the CP route is not broken, then the signal should eventually turn to yellow, then green again.
Depending on the distance to the next signal, it can take a long time for the signal to turn yellow.
You can view the 2D map (key 9) and follow the AI train on it. When it is completely past the next signal, you should get a yellow light. When it is completely past the second next signal, you should get a green light.

Yes I have checked with the view of 2D map and see nothing for the AI train even way back on the main tracks. Anyway I will plan to contact the activity creator for this scenario to see what he have to say about this. The scenario is CP 100 Stacks East by Elphaba. Not sure what you mean if the route is broken. If it is and how do I check with this and can use this program, RS Tools from Mike Simpson?
Anyway thank you for your time to reply to my message.
John

cnbalasub: The signal should clear for you after the passage of the AI. You might wish to try clearing the cache (in game, tools tab) to see if that resolves the issue. You should also not hesitate to ask permission to pass the signal [TAB] once the AI train is clear. The scenario you reference has been used extensively (2,000+ downloads) without similar report, so there should not be an issue unless TS2016 has in some way impacted it. I'll give it a run myself at first opportunity.
