The only issue that I have had running Railworks from a second dedicated drive is running Trainmapslive. Apparently it needs the Raildriver.dll folder in the Program Files X86 folder on the system drive to work per Ben Hayward of TML. If anyone has a workaround for this I would like to know.

Okay, just a slightly different twist on this question:

Up until now I've been re-familiarizing myself on an install of TS2016 on a system that isn't really built for gaming. Now, with all my parts in and my new system ready to load, I was curious about the following. I have several 3rd party assets and routes that aren't in Steam, as well as all of the RWA routes and assets that I have loaded. Can I copy the 'SteamLibrary' folder over to my new system once Steam has completed the new install on the new system? If so, are there issues I should watch out for?

Thanks in advance for the help

Your Steam Library is all of your DLC's from Steam so the new installation will include everything from them. All of the third party stuff is another matter. What I did with my last new computer was to take and copy and paste the whole assets and the whole content folder to your new TS2016 installation. That way all of your third party stuff will be there.

Got it...I see what you're saying.

Thanks!
