Before I get to the next High Iron scenario pack (the Donner Pass one in this case), I thought I'd take a look at a scenario pack from a non-Steam vendor, which in this case is Trains and Drivers' Pacific Surfliner Scenario Pack, and see if it's actually worth checking out.
