Getting NEC Special Track Conditions

I was thinking about this last night and I know we all forgot to ask RSC if they can add special track speed conditions for the Acela Express like they did with the Class 390 on the WCML. The Acela Express doesn't have to slow down as much as the Regional or local trains do on sharp curves. If anyone already knows how to set these sort of conditions mind lending an insight?
