Someone made this proposal some time ago on Facebook or here and Dere or someone else from the dev team showed interest.
But: I don't assume that RS.com will ever do one because it isn't the time period of the NEC we'll get.

It has been done for RailSimulator not sure if it would work for Railworks but you can find it at http://www.Trainsim.com
