Merry Christmas to all!
My son is 16 now, so we're not decorating a tree or putting out cookies and milk for Santa.
Also gone are holiday afternoons in pajamas, building Hot Wheels race track circuits that never work.
I miss all that.

At my age (77) and with it below zero outside for weeks at a time, I stay in pajamas for days at a time. Merry Christmas all.

It hurts but keep the faith!
In my personal experience (my boys are now 25 and 27) their childhood interests can come back again - I am now helping my youngest construct larger and more expensive Lego sets and the eldest once more plays fantasy battle wargames with me - the up side is that they are now paying for their hobbies and I get to join in
