Where did you see there is a new route from them? I know he is working on a narrow gauge route but it's not done yet.

It's Alpine Pass on the C&S, set sometime ~1905. No length given so the endpoints are as of yet unknown, although my guess would be Pitkin-St.Elmo since it's marked as "short."
Here's a photo of the remnants of the facilities at the top of the pass, as you can see its the same location as in the first photo.

I posted several photos from a trip to the tunnel ten or so years ago. A section of the road on the west side of the tunnel collapsed a few years ago.
