Change Bi-direction traffic for a two lane road.

Is it possiple to change the bi direction of traffic for a two lane road to go in just one direction? Examble: Go North in 1 direction and go South in one direction. I gather this would in the bin file and can be changed using RW Tools. If this can be achived, what line(S) would I search for within the bin file? Thanks

From what I can observe, all the roads in my current routes are two-way (or bidirectional) by default. There isn't a simple parameter which you can change in the road or traffic manager blueprints that allows you to change a road to one-way. However, you can modify a parameter to switch the roads from US and European right-hand driving (RHD) to UK left-hand driving (LHD).
